Jake is an ISSA Certified Personal trainer who specializes in nutrition, fat loss, strength and conditioning, group fitness, high intensity interval training, cross training, sports specific exercise and designing/running our group fitness classes. He has experience training all ages, and loves to share in his own journey to fitness.

He believes true wellness comes from removing doubt within you. Fitness and nutrition are only half of the tools needed to obtain your health goals. We are so constantly bombarded with misinformation and fad exercise plans that we lose site of the single most important key to health and wellness; FUN. Gus is an energetic and knowledgeable ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with experience designing and monitoring fitness programs designed to accommodate clients’ needs. Gus has a passion for designing programs that improve fitness, increase stamina, building muscle, decreasing fat and developing healthy living styles and a sense of well-being. He has a unique ability to motivate and inspire clients regardless of physical fitness level and abilities, encouraging habits that are life changing. Gus is an accomplished athlete, power lifter and bodybuilder and balances his fitness career with computer engineering, design, and digital media as well as his family life with his lovely wife and daughter.

Christian is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in Ab/Core strength, balance & stability, circuit training, plyometrics, group fitness classes and bootcamp-style workouts. Christian has a passion for fun in fitness and has a great affinity for building strong relationships with his clients and helping to build bonds within his fitness class community. Christian is a professional dancer and physique model and can show you how to build a strong core foundation to build your fit lifestyle upon. It’s no surprise that Christian is very close with his family and friends, and that love of family and friendship shows in the way he trains and the way he makes clients of all ages and abilities a special part of our studio.

Erin is a NASM educated personal trainer and former student-athlete who offers a wellness approach to fitness. She believes that the gym is an environment where everyone can be successful and it is her job to create a program perfect for each person. Having benefited from her coaches at UCF, Erin’s focus centers around weight-loss, strength and conditioning, run training and functional training. Her enthusiasm and leadership is reflected in the retention and continuing success of her clients. Erin focuses on helping create a more healthy and active lifestyle that encourages activities away from the gym. When Erin is not working, she enjoys riding her bike, paddle boarding, surfing, hiking, traveling and spending time with her two bulldogs.

Caitlin is an ISSA Certified personal trainer, former collegiate student-athlete and current high school and travel team coach in the sport of women’s volleyball. She offers a working knowledge in sport-specific training, coaching, circuit training, strength and conditioning, powerlifting, run training, and mobility.
