Personal Trainer Orlando
Jake is an ISSA Certified Personal trainer who specializes in nutrition, fat loss, strength and conditioning, group fitness, high intensity interval training, cross training, sports specific exercise and designing/running our group fitness classes. He has experience training all ages, and loves to share in his own journey to fitness.
He believes true wellness comes from removing doubt within you. Fitness and nutrition are only half of the tools needed to obtain your health goals. We are so constantly bombarded with misinformation and fad exercise plans that we lose site of the single most important key to health and wellness; FUN. Personal Trainer Orlando
Gus is an energetic and knowledgeable ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with experience designing and monitoring fitness programs designed to accommodate clients’ needs. Gus has a passion for designing programs that improve fitness, increase stamina, building muscle, decreasing fat and developing healthy living styles and a sense of well-being. He has a unique ability to motivate and inspire clients regardless of physical fitness level and abilities, encouraging habits that are life changing. Gus is an accomplished athlete, power lifter and bodybuilder and balances his fitness career with computer engineering, design, and digital media as well as his family life with his lovely wife and daughter.
Personal TrainerCaitlin is an ISSA Certified personal trainer, former collegiate student-athlete and current high school and travel team coach in the sport of women’s volleyball. She offers a working knowledge in sport-specific training, coaching, circuit training, strength and conditioning, powerlifting, run training, and mobility. Caitlin’s passion for sport and fitness translates to her driven and enthusiastic training technique. Team up with her high-energy and compassion on your way to reaching your fitness goals!
Kelly is an ISSA Certified Personal trainer specializing in fitness competition prep, nutrition, fat loss, conditioning, strength gaining, and overall wellness. With a background in dance and now competing as an all-natural bodybuilder in the NGA Bikini division, she has enthusiasm and appreciation for all different types of fitness. In her bodybuilding offseason, she focuses on strength gains and challenges herself to compete in powerlifting; doing all of her training at My House Fitness. Kelly caters to all facets of exercise and loves to incorporate these into her clients’ programs to keep them fun and interesting. As a trainer, she eagerly helps her clients strive for healthy habits in all areas of their lives, not just in the gym!
Joel is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Exercise Science: Human Performance from UCF. His specialties include Strength and Conditioning with periodization to optimize progressions, Nutrition Science focusing on specific composition goals: hypertrophy, fat loss, and or sports specific strength. With years of passionate dedication in the health and wellness field, Joel is committed to his clients’ success. Joel is a professional physique model and a stilt walker & character performer for a major theme park in Orlando.
