In the early stages of your vacation planning, think about how you can work fitness into your getaway. Find a hotel that has a spectacular gym, plan a challenging hike or resolve to make lap swimming a daily part of your routine while you’re away from home. It’s not easy to fit in workouts when you’re busy sightseeing and relaxing, but if you make a plan and stick to it, you’re bound to be satisfied by the results.

If you’re afraid that you’ll lose your motivation to work out during the summer, then sign up for an athletic event in the fall. Maybe it will be your first 5K or your third marathon. Why not try out a triathlon or a mud run? The possibilities are endless, and you’ll need to start training now to make certain that you’ll be ready on the day of the event. 4. No Excuses!
If you make fitness a priority in your life, then you will find time to exercise.
