My House Fitness was created because we saw a lack of AFFORDABLE personal training…we wanted to make it accessible to ANYONE looking to get into amazing shape.

Our studios are scheduled appointments only, not an open gym, making it a very NON-INTIMIDATING environment.  We also make the atmosphere fun and engaging through our small group training and the community of clients creates support and friendships, which last a lifetime.

Jerry Parker (Studio Manager/Personal Trainer)

I was born in Houston and moved to Duncanville in 1992.  I graduated from UNT in 2001 with degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice.  I became a Personal Trainer in 2002 through ISSA, spent 5 years training at the Park Cities YMCA, and then 10 years in Corporate Wellness for Preferred Care Partners Management Group in Plano.  I enjoy Personal Training because I get to take multiple journeys with great people and help them get to a better place.

Sabrina Correia (Personal Trainer)

I was born and raised in California and spent the first 6 years in the athletic world as a cheerleading coach and an operations manager.  During that time, I realized how important proper strength training is for not only athletes, but people of all ages and fitness levels.  I enjoy personal training because it is a very rewarding job, I truly love getting to help people set and reach fitness goals as well as finding out why health and fitness is so important to their every day life. I wouldn’t want to spend my days doing anything else!

CAN I LOSE A LOT OF WEIGHT WITH PERSONAL TRAINING?
Our average clients are looking to lose around 30 – 40lbs. We have a number of transformations of clients that have lost over 100lbs with us!
WILL YOU HELP ME WITH MY NUTRITION?
We do! We have a registered dilation specific meal planning mobile app. Our meal plans are designed for maximum weight-loss.
