Is it expensive?

Our goal is to have cost effective pricing options for everyone. We are affordable priced and surprising around the same as the other workout facilities.

How many people are in a group training session?

Group Training will range between 2-4 people.

Why Personal Training is the MOST effective workout?

Personal trainers create custom training sessions targeting your goals not groups goals like classes.  Classes are just workouts, which are good but can lead to injuries and inefficient workouts.  Trainers know your capabilities and identify the best way to achieve your fitness objectives.

How long do the training sessions last?

Our sessions last approximately 30 minutes and classes average 45-55 minutes.

Are there other members like me who are overweight?

Absolutely. There are all shapes and sizes. Plus, our members that have had a transformation are always eager to become mentors and are extremely encouraging.

Do you offer classes?

We have 7 branded classes that focus on HIIT and body parts. Our classes are FUN and create a supplemental group atmosphere for optimum weight loss. It is a well-balanced workout consisting of cardio training and resistance training to help you burn fat and tone muscle in a short amount of time.

How can I get started?

What do I need to start?

Just bring a will to be pushed and encouraged!  We have water and towel waiting for you.

What is the minimum age to sign up for training?

The minimum age is 12 years of age.

Do the My House Fitness studios offer childcare?

At this time, we do not offer childcare, but our lobbies typically fill with our clients children.  What a better way to encourage fitness to our children by watching their parents working out.

Will you help me with my nutrition?

We do! We have a registered dietitian specific meal planning mobile app. You get a free nutrition consultation with your evaluation!

Do you offer small group and private training sessions?

We offer both types of sessions based on your schedule and your goals.

What if I have old or new injuries?

No problem.  Our trainers will perform an evaluation from the beginning, targeting any old and new injuries that may be an issue.  

Do you monitor my progress?

Yes!  We differentiate ourselves by monitoring and celebrating your success.  

Can I lose a lot of weight with personal training?

Our average clients are looking to lose around 30 – 40lbs. We have a number of transformations of clients that have lost over 100lbs with us!

Are My House Fitness studios co-ed?

Yes! All locations typically have male and female trainer.

Can you attend training at multiple locations with your My House Fitness purchased services?

No, as all locations are individually owned.
