Love this place! It has been a life changer for me. I had never previously worked out and now I look forward coming to the gym. The trainers are fantastic! Each different and in their own way making the workouts all the more interesting. They also individualize and modify as needed to help you meet your goals knowing that we are all in different points in our lives. Plus, with my ever changing schedule and business travel, I also highly appreciate their flexibility my appointments. I highly recommend!

I have been taking personal training classes for 4 months now and I have already seen results! My whole body has improved in gaining muscle and in losing weight. My trainer pushes me hard (but not too hard) and is very motivating. Even the group classes with Aaron are amazing and fun. It is not as intimidating as a regular gym and I enjoy going. To top it off, they help you with your nutrition as well! It is obvious the instructors are there to help you. I  would highly recommend going to MHF.

This is not your typical gym and thank heaven for it!  The atmosphere is friendly and no matter what your ability level you will not feel out of place.  I opted for the personal training with Chris and I am seeing excellent results.  He pushes when I need it and doesn’t let me slack off but is not “obsessive”.  He recognizes my skill and comfort level and trains accordingly.  And the other trainers have the same attitude.  I recently tried one of the group classes and did not feel out of place and was even able to keep up with the other members. It’s a relaxed comfortable atmosphere that makes you want to work out.  And the ages of members runs from 20s to 60s.  I would highly recommend My House Fitness to anyone looking for a gym without the typical intimidating gym experience,
