What is SMALL GROUP Training?

It’s the PERFECT option for an AFFORDABLE CUSTOMIZED approach. The next best TRAINING option is our SMALL GROUP sessions. Clients with similar abilities are grouped into training sessions, typically 2-3 clients per group. Clients still receive the customized attention, as well as wellness evaluations.

Supra max intense training class

Are you ready for the newest fitness craze for the optimal weight loss? Then you will love SupraMaximal Interval Training! In 45 minutes you will go through 7 bouts of 30 seconds of work with 150 seconds of passive recovery. For newer clients we may start out with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to increase your fitness level.

Yoga fitness class for strength and flexibility

Relax with Yoga, and stretch like an athlete. This 45-minute class will help you strengthen and repair your muscles.

Fitness class based on challenges to create a more fun way to work out.

One Hour of butt kicking, sweat dripping cardio and weights. Play games using Jump ropes, kettle bells and dumb bells, you name it we have! Come in for the best and most fun hour of your week!

Workout class focused on arms and upper body

45 minutes of upper body burn! Focusing on your upper body, get killer guns in this amazing arm workout class.

Full body workout class

A strength training class targeting major muscle groups using various equipment and body weight. Full Throttle body incorporates bursts of cardio into movements intended to help you tone all major muscles.

Focused lower body abs and butt workout class

45-minute routine focuses on getting the rear end and core to work together. Focusing on utilizing the two core muscle groups with moves like twisting planks and lateral steps with a sand-filled ballast ball.

We do! We have a registered dilation specific meal planning mobile app. Our meal plans are designed for maximum weight-loss.

Yes! My House Fitness is your neighborhood training studio. Our studios feel like a big box gym, but without all the eyeballs. Our non-intimidating environment allows you to focus on your individual goals.
